The Second State
I can't imagine what is going to happen to America for the coming 10 years.
Right now two states have been declared gay and lesbian states. The recent one is Connecticut.
The lawyers who banned this state from same sex marriage in year 2004, now cleared the state and allowed same sex marriage!!
Ergh!

What Happens Next?
After the victory of Obama, immediate effects take place.
Abortion bans lose. Ban on abortion defeated.
That's why i don't support Obama.
Abortion bans lose. Ban on abortion defeated.
That's why i don't support Obama.
Why Not Obama?
Well the election is finally over. And unfortunately, as predicted, Barack Obama did win the election.
From the beginning i have not supported Obama. Just by simple reasoning from his policies, you will know that his policies are not of God's policies.
We don't have to go too deep to understand how good or bad the candidates were. Just look at their policies.
There is no need to go into too many policies. Just by taking two would do.
1) Obama approves same sex marriage.
2) Obama approves abortion.
These two policies which i saw when he was running to be candidate against Hilary Clinton have got me set my eyes off Obama. These two policies are all against God's will! Not counting the liberal jurisdiction that Obama will implement if he is elected President, which i will further learn about. Just these two policies can suggest whether or not he is God's chosen one.
Now the Republican Party has been labelled as a party who has failed the Americans. But one thing i need to remind. I can say that their plans and policies for that great nation have been according to God's will.
There must be a reason why God chose Bush to be President, and President for two terms! Not many Presidents in the history of America have won two terms. One thing i am assured of, is that Bush has been a devout born-again Christian. Although there were mistakes that he has made, but who doesn't make mistakes.
But the most important thing in politics, in my opinion, is the spiritual level of one politician. We are not sure of whether Obama is a true Christian, which he claims. But there were many articles that suggest otherwise.
I hope i am all wrong about Obama. I really hope i am wrong. What i want to see is a strong America that trusts in the God Almighty, and to follow His ways.
But what has happened stays happened. We can't change the election results. But one thing we need to do, is to keep praying hard for the America.
I'm hoping that Obama will change to be a Godly President. I really hope, leaning to a slight chance, that he can change.

A Day to Decide
I wish i do not have to worry for the US Presidential election.
But i have no choice when the result now shows the otherwise of what i wish for.
I'm praying that John McCain will win the election. I'm hoping that the Americans will realize what they are in for.
From the beginning i have always rooted for McCain. Not a single moment i would go for Obama. Not a single moment.
Oh Lord please save your country America.
God save the president.

"I Will Not Be Corrupt"
The MCA Presidential election has been on quite a journey. Both Datuk Chua Jui Meng and Dato' Ong Tee Keat do have great manifestos to bring about change and brighter future for MCA, Chinese, and the nation.
Manifestos will still be manifestos and will remain a piece of trash talk if fruitfulness and productivity do not come about. We want to see results. What you claim you will do will only be seen after and if you do them.
But in this election, i brush off the manifestos aside. What we should look into is the character of potential presidents. In this case, i support Datuk Chua Jui Meng.
The main reason is he is a born again Christian. Back then while he was still a minister, he wasn't a strong Christian. Until he was sacked as Health Minister, he stopped politics for 3 years. During those 3 years, i thank God that God has shown Himself once again to him and has changed him. Right now he is a tough character. A person more like God, and has guaranteed to be God-fearing in his MCA leadership.
Nobody has ever done anything like him: Standing in front of the public, with his right hand lifted, and proclaim that "I will not be corrupt!".
Tell me, it takes a man and guts to swear that in front of the public. That is the leadership we long for in this 21th century. Someone who has integrity, courage, and most importantly, the fear of God.
We are lacking people like Datuk Chua. That is why i fully support him as MCA President. May God continue to bless his endeavours.

Carefree!
Well, petrol prices decreased to RM 2.20. Not good enough for us. But grateful for the action.
Other than that, i've just started by final semester of the degree course. I really thank God for seeing me through my 3 years of studies at higher education. Studying in university is not easy, yet it is a privilege and i thank God for that.
I've enjoyed my 3 years of studies. Great friends and great experiences have i gained. Now, the step forward is the hard part.
Seeing the global problem, especially in the financial sectors, worries and anxieties arise. What a way to graduate! Graduating when the world economy is slumping! What a way to enter to the market!
Countries are now very pessimistic about hiring fresh graduates. Even my wish to work in Singapore is shattered when hearing news that Singapore is now in recession and will soon retrench a lot of Malaysians.
What makes things worse is that analysts forecast that year 2009 will be a more terrible situation! My goodness! I'm entering the market in 2009 and they're telling us that 2009 will be worse.
But you know what, i have always had faith in God. It's not that i am a carefree person, not worrying and thinking about things, but my faith in the Lord allows me to be care-less.
It doesn't matter if the global economy and market are rolling downhills. But i have faith that my future doesn't depend on the economy nor the market, but my future depends on the Almighty God!
It's not the world that holds my hope, it is God that holds my hope. And the best thing is, my God holds the world!!
So seeing myself graduating, after a hard-fought 3-year journey in university, i am truly grateful to God. Really, it was His grace and mercy that enabled me to complete my journey. While i look forward to entering the market, i all the more look forward to seeing what God can do in times of global difficulties like what is happening now.
In God I Trust!

Lower The Prices!
Woohoo! I'm happy that the oil price is now USD 76 per barrel.
Does it mean we will get back our RM 2.00 per liter petrol? I remember it was still RM 2.00 per liter when the oil price was USD 78 per barrel.
What if the oil price drops again? Will we get cheaper petrol price? Or the government will still decrease the price by 10cents? If so, then we're being cheated!
We want our RM 2.00 per litre back! If not cheaper!
